Then you haven’t seen a Split Lickity show.
Somewhere between crowd favorites like Shook Me All Night Long and Talk Dirty to Me, Split Lickity will toss in a tune like A Really Cool Dance Song or the song more commonly known as Forget You. Classic and contemporary songs, comic relief and other high-energy antics combine to build a show audiences love.
“Sure you’ve got to have some of those great tunes everybody asks for.” says D.J., the band’s lead-singer. “But, there are a ‘whole-lotta’ other classics fans forgot they loved – add tunes that hook you the first-time you hear them and it starts to sound like a Split Lickity show.”
It’s about that time the band brings out the confetti cannons, the Shot Gun and amidst a cool haze of CO2 fog gets you ready for the second set.
According to Bobby the Brain, “Times are getting tougher and tougher out there. We just want to make the time folks commit to spending with us is more fun than a monkey huggin’ a football!”
